nib Dental Care Centre Sydney

I always highly recommend this practice. I have been coming here for years and they are very accurate! I tried a different practice not related to nib recently, and the dentist there overcharged for cleaning and blamed my sore tooth on food being caught. In fact, it was an infection. Something that the experienced dentist in this centre was picked up on immediately. I don't trust anywhere else (I tried Parramatta a few years ago but didn't like the experience from the reception and the dentist).

I attended nib dental care centre as I was experiencing a toothache . Initially I was quite satisfied with the level of customer service both on line and over the phone . However, to my surprise at the time of attending the clinic in person it was a complete different experience . The receptionist that served me had a attitude to be desired for , she was cold , unfriendly and displayed a attitude of rushing you. Totally unfriendly , I can understand having a bad day but being a Customer service officer myself , we need to show empathy and respect to our clients. The dentist was also pretty unfriendly , I was trying to explain what the issue was in detail and he cut me off in the middle of the explanation and said tell me what’s the tooth you are complaining about , he took X-ray and said cannot be saved . His delivery was abrupt , unfriendly and unprofessional. The whole experience was uncomfortable and increased my level of anxiety as unfortunately I do suffer from anxiety . I was referred to an orthodontist ( specialist ) for a further opinion. I’m hoping my next visit is not as unpleasant as the first one . I will refrain to mention the name of the dentist , out of courtesy and respect but I hope when management reads this review addresses the issue in a meeting . Thank you !

Been attending the centre for years. It's easy to get an appointment due to many dentists in the centre and all have been wonderful to deal with. But now that I am regularly seeing Dr Shota it's great to have a "go to" dentist who understands your dental history and has built that rapport with the patient over the years. Will continue going here for all my dental needs.
